This entitles you to free access to over 1,200 ATMs. For all other ATMs, FiCare charges a Foreign ATM fee (please refer to current fee schedule). The bank that owns the ATM may also charge a fee. If there is a surcharge, the machine should notify you before you complete the transaction. Refunds on ATM withdrawal fees (up to $15 monthly, up to $4.99 per transaction) are available with our Free Kasasa Checking account, when monthly qualifications are met.

Yes. However, you are required to contact FiCare before you leave the country to inform us of your travel plans. If you do not give us this information before your trip, your card will be declined when you attempt to use it outside the United States.

There is no charge for making a purchase with your VISA debit card.

Your first debit card is free when you open a checking account. When your card expires, you will automatically receive a free replacement card with a new expiration date. If you request a replacement because your card is lost, there is a $15 Card Replacement Fee.

Your card will continue to work through end of the month printed on their card. You should receive your replacement card no later than the 15th of that month. Remember to keep your address and other personal information up to date to avoid delays in receiving or activating your replacement card.

Providing the funds are in your account, you may use your debit card for purchases up to $2,500 per day or up to 15 transactions. You can withdrawal up to $1,000 per day at an ATM.
